A 6-day experiential journey through Eastern Sicily, combining the island’s rich cultural heritage, authentic gastronomy and breathtaking landscapes. Based in Siracusa, the program includes guided tours of the Neapolis Archaeological Park and Ortigia, an immersive Italian language and Sicilian cooking class, hands-on rural experiences such as foraging or olive harvesting with a traditional farmer’s lunch, and an excursion to Mount Etna with a light hike and wine tasting at a boutique DOP winery. Private airport transfers and accommodation complete the experience for a seamless and authentic Sicilian stay.
